The process of brewing Kombucha will vary from person to person, due to enviromental differences (heating etc), the strain and health of the culture, the type and quantities of teas and sugar used - Don't worry to much about exact quantities or water, tea or sugar - close enough is usually good enough
Important - It doesn't matter how many litres you make as long the brew consists of at least 10 - 15 % of the mother liquid - If you don't have enough Kombuch Tea mother liquid click here
